Designed a streamlined web-based ordering experience that mirrors the mobile app, enabling fast access, intuitive navigation, and broader reach for new users.
The website improved accessibility and user acquisition by mirroring app functionality, simplifying navigation, and increasing engagement through clear flows, responsive UI, and usability testing.
The web-site enables users to order meals from over 100 restaurants in Tashkent. Launched as an independent project in 2017, it underwent partial redesigns in several iterations from 2020 to 2023.
The primary goal was to copy the same functionality as well as the application to allow new users to try the service. Since the desktop platform accounted for only 5% of all service orders, it does not have any special features. That is why, just some screens will be shown.
